More efficient crushed sand production for AAC block mortar dry mix plant -VSI Sand Making Machine

VSI Sand Making Machine is a new generation of product with multiple independent patent property rights developed by our company on the basis of old VSI series sand maker and through introducing German technology. It integrates three crushing modes, and has become the core equipment in the machine-made sand industry.

Through systematic mechanical analysis and verification, we optimized the structures of impeller and quick-wear parts, which greatly reduces the material passing resistance. The heart of dry mix plant-Mixer

Twin Shafts Paddle Mixer consists of W shape vessel, drive unit and double paddle shafts. The double shafts run in counter-rotation to make paddles turn over the materials in axial and radial direction of mixing action in fluidized zone. All the materials will be lifted in non-gravity status and also fall down to form a cross mixing. We can get perfect homogeneous mixing in very short time and almost all the materials can be emptied through full bottom discharge valve. Liquid Additions can also be sprayed at top of cover and mix with powder in short time. For some heat sensitive and fragile material, twin shafts paddle mixer can fulfill perfect mixing result.

Using pneumatic conveying method, the equipment maintenance cost is extremely low;

Automatic filling, high-precision measurement, smooth bag dropping, simple operation and high efficiency;

The fluidized chamber is tapered, the air blowing is stable and fast, the friction of the chamber body is small, and there is no residue.
