The control system of tower type anually capacity 300000 tons premix plaster dry mortar manufanufacturing pant include two computers, a microcomputer controller, a man-machine interface, a weighing unit with rapid draft accuracy, and famous international low-voltage electrical components, combined with independent research and development of professional, the control software realizes the automatic control of dry-mixed mortar production. When one computer fails, the other one computer will continue to assume the control task under the condition of without manual intervention. Thus, the control system can ensure continouce production.
The sand is lifted by the bucket elevator and loaded into the sand silo respectively. The powder materials are driven into the respective silo by the bulk tanker, the additives and other bag materials are lifted by the electrical hoister and then manually added to the respective addirives silo. The materials in the sand silo, powder silo, and additive silo are sequentially discharged into their respective weighing hoppers through a screw conveyor for cumulative measurement. When the various materials are measured, the screw conveyor is started, and the various materials are discharged into the bucket elevator at the same time, and then discharged into the premix hopper; when necessary, the mixture in the premix hopper is directly discharged into the mixer for mixing. After a certain period of time, the mixed finished material is discharged from the discharge port of the mixer, stored in the finished product silo, packaged by the packaging machine, or sent to the finished product silo by the screw conveyor and bucket elevator to complete a working cycle.
