Adjust air humidity
When the outer humidity is higher than the relative humidity of the plastering gypsum mortar, the outer vapor pressure is higher than gypsum mortar saturated vapor pressure, the gypsum mortar will adsorb outer moisture, therefore, gypsum mortar can delay the humidity rise; when the outer humidity is lower than the corresponding humidity of the plastering gypsum, the outer vapor pressure is lower than gypsum mortar saturated vapor pressure, which promotes the evaporation of internal water molecules, so it can play a role in regulating and controlling humidity.
Recycling
Plastering gypsum has the same life span as the building. It can be crushed together with gypsum blocks after being discarded. After low-temperature calcination, it has gelling properties and can be reused.
Wall quality assurance after construction
The shrinkage rate of traditional cement plaster mortar is generally 7-9%, and the expansion rate of gypsum is one thousandth, which determines that the shrinkage and hollow cracking of cement plaster mortar is inevitable during the hydration process, can only be alleviated by additives and curing, but it is impossible to completely solve it. The gypsum is slightly swelling. Under normal circumstances, it is impossible to produce hollow cracking during the hydration process. Moreover, the hydration process of gypsum is very fast, basically hydrating finish in 24 hours, so the volume stability is very good.

The molecular weight of dihydrate gypsum is 172, and the molecular weight of water is 18. Due to the condensed porous structure, it can effectively absorb impact energy, so it will not crack and fall off when subjected to impact.
