1-5t/h simple dry mortar mix plant 

Simple dry mortar plant is suitable for the small investment at initiation, it normally used a low speed multi ribbon mixer which is designed base on many years improvement, it is specially suitable for kinds of dry powder wall putty, tile adhesive, gypsum mixing.

• Working operation instructions of simple premix dry mortar plant:

1. Start the screw conveyor, mixer and then feed the main raw materials to feeding port

2. After finished the main raw materials as required proportion, add additives to mixer via the additives feeding port on top of mixer, mixing for 8-10 minutes, then start the second screw hoister to transport the mixed materials to end product silo and start to packing the materials.

3. Start to feeding the materials for next batch once the mateirals in the mixer completely transported to end product silo

4. The next one batch feeding work and previous one batch packing work can be going on at the same time, it is a continous production line, therefore, afater finish the first batch production, no need to wait first batch packing work and you can start next batch feeding work.

5-15 t/h Semi automatic premix dry mortar mix plant

Semi automatic premix dry mortar mix plant has higher output capacity and working effeciency, even the semi auomatic dry mortar mix plant used twin shatfs non-gravity mixer and bucket elevator, it has the similar working princinple and almost the same working process as simple dry mortar mix plant.

The main differences between automaitc dry mortar mix plant and semi automatic dry mortar mix plant are main raw materials silo and automatic weighing system for main raw materials. It is higher output capacity and working effeciency than semi automaitc dry mortar mix plant because main raw materials are automatically feeding and weighing, all the work of main materials feeding, transporting, weighing, mixing and packing are controlled on control cabinet, the control cabinet can store at least 6 different formula settings.

Completely full Automatic 30-100t/h dry mortar mix plant 

Completely full Automatic 30-100t/h dry mortar mix plant is higher automatic level and higher output capacity than automatic dry mortar mix plant, it is not only automatic weghing main raw materials, but also automatic weighing additives, meanwhile, the packing system can also use bulk tanker packing, the finished mixed dry mortar product can be storaged in a end product silo which equiped with bulk packer, the bulk pakcer can discharge the final dry mortar products to bulk tanker, meanwhile, the bag packed dry mortar can also use automatic stacking line.
