Drying and screening system for raw material: drum-type drier, screening mesh.

Conveying system for raw material: bucket elevator, pneumatic conveyor, big bag discharging system and workers and addtives lift.

Storage system for raw material: main material silo and additives silo. They are designed according to the materials bulk density, PH value, stickiness, grain size and repose angel etc. The silos are equiped with  air cannon, level indicator and pressure relief valve.

De-dusting system: dust collector on top of silo, central dust collector and portable recycle machine.

Feeding system: Gravity feeding section-pneumatic conveying and assistant valves; mechanical assistant feeding section- screw and vibration feed.

Weighing and batching system: raw material weighing system, pre-weighing system for additives, and light material weighing system, mixer, and finished product silo.
