Dry mortar production line (also called dry mortar premix plant) is a set of machinery that produces dry mortar for construction industry and other uses.

Complete full dry mortar mix plant mainly includes below main parts and functions:
1.If dry sand not available, the full sets sand drying and screening equipments are necessary.
2.Lifting and conveying equipments for raw material: bucket elevator, pneumatic conveyor, big bag discharging system and passenger&goods lift.
3.Storage system for raw material: main material silo and additives silo. They are designed according to the material`s bulk density, PH value, stickiness, grain size and repose angel etc. The silos are equiped with air cannon, level indicator and pressure relief valve.
4.De-dusting and recycling system: dust collector on top of silo, central dust collector and portable recycle machine.
5.Feeding system: Gravity feeding section-pneumatic conveying and assistant valves; mechanical assistant feeding section- screw and vibration feed, cement pump,etc.
6.Weighing and batching system: main material weighing system, pre-weighing system for additives, and light material weighing system.
7.Mixer, finished product silo.
8.Packing and palletizer stacking system: small bag packing machine, ton bag packing machine and bulk packing system, and small bag packed materials stacking system is also optional.
9.Air supply system and piping: air compressor and and compressed air storage tank.
10.Accessories of raw material silo: level indicator, pressure relief valve and air cannon.
11.Central control room: standby power supply, industrial control PC, printer, PLC system and weighing controller.
12.Steel platform: steel tower, finished warehouse, lighting system, fire fighting system.
