10t/h tile adhesive mortar mix plant build in Thailand

Last month our Bangkok cusstomer communicated to us his actual local demand such as what materials will he produce, output capacity, end product packing mode, raw materials coming stadus, etc, after knowing these necessary informaiton and his working shop space situation, we considered each details and specially made ideal solution includes production line layout,3D drawing and working process of the full production line, our respected customer was really expressive and without any hesitate to confirm our solutions because he told we considered each actual situtatin of him, he positively comment us that we are truly doing great job for them and realiable on our professional work, that is why he made decission to start this project immediately.

Overcomed the influence of coronavirus, after one month busy production but in high level quality and completely QC checked, we finished Bangkok order eventually and loaded the machine this month. 

Due to we have prepared  detailed foundation drawing for Bangkok project, our customer finished the foundation work perfectly in soonest schedule. Meanwhile, we guided our customer engineers how to install the machine on line because flight restriction of coronavirus precaution policy, everything going smoothly undering both parties professional team, and finally the complete full mixing plant finished, then we teached our customer step by step how to running the machine, formula settings, troubleshooting and method for regular maintenance, etc. 

Now customer had already tested production for all of his products and the machine working stable without errors, we will feedback more surprise.

We are not only finished mixing plant building, we also help our customer updated his formula for all of his products, and teached them how to solve the problems during the applications of this products:
