1.1. Lifting and conveying system:
Bucket elevator and screw conveyor are mainly used, which are generally configured according to production requirements and equipment models.
1.2. Metering batching system:
Premix dry mortar plant mainly adopts two kinds of microcomputer automatic control and manual feeding. The microcomputer automatic control type is mainly configured in large-scale premix dry mortar plant system. It is divided into two types: cumulative metering and continuous metering. 1.3. Mixing system:

1.4. Storage system: divided into large storage tanks (30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 200 tons, etc.) and small storage bins.

1.6. Dust removal system:

Intelligent automatic control or manual control can be used, with functions such as over-tolerance processing, automatic drop correction, fault diagnosis, and alarms. The use of computer control improves the reliability and safety of the control system and greatly facilitates the use of users.
1.8. Steel frame platform:
