Factory made dry pack mortar mix plant equipment is mainly composed of raw material storage system, batching weighing system, conveying system, mixing system, pneumatic system, packaging system and dust removal system. Practical design solution; an automatic dry mortar production line with an annual output from 30,000 to 100,000 tons, generally use 2-6 raw material silos, 2 or 3 large silos are used for bulk cement , fly ash and sand, and the rest small silos are used to store hydrated lime, heavy calcium and small addtives materials, etc.
Bulk cement and fly ash don’t need lifting equipment to enter the silo, relying on pump trucks to drive in, hydrated lime, heavy calcium, sand, small materials, etc. need to be lifted into the small silos by bucket elevator.
Bulk cement or fly ash silo is generally a cylindrical support structure. The silo top is equipped with dust removal equipment to prevent dust leakage. The silo bottom is equipped with an arch breaking device to prevent the powder from agglomerating, so that the powder is discharged smoothly, and is equipped with a material level meter which sensing the consumption of materials in the silo at any time.
With the cooperation of the metering screw, the metering system transport the raw materials from the silo to the weighing hopper. The measured materials are transported to the main bucket elevator through a screw conveyor and lift the meatured materials to the premix hopper upon the mixer and ready to be mixed.
The premix hopper is a pneumatic large-opening type, which can quickly release the materials into the non-gravity mixer to realize continuous production of dry mortar. The finished product mixed in the mixer is quickly discharge into the finished product silo for buffering and storage.
The finished product silo and the packaging machine connected through a soft connection, fnished products enter the packaging machine for measurement and packaging. For huge output plant, can add a belt conveyor under the packaging machine to directly transport the finished product to the finished product area or truck.
