2.1 Screw conveyor is mainly used for powder and small size granuel mateirals inclinde conveying.
2.2 Bucket elevator is usually for vertical transporting with higher capacity, it can be used for both powder and bigger size granular materials.
The weighing system can be main raw materials weighing system and small qty additives weighing system, for most of middle scale capacity and small capacity dry mortar mix plant, it may have no additives weighing system but use manual dosing method.
3.1 Main raw materials weighing system
For automatic level and complete automatic dry mortar mix plant, main raw materials weighing system is necessary.
3.2 Samll qty additives weighing system
Samll qty additives weighing system is usally used for completely automatic dry mortar mix plant with big output capacity.
According to different raw materials feature of dry mortar and output capacity, automatic level, the mixing system can be ribbon mixer, twin-shafts non-gravity mixer, coulter paddle mixer, etc.
4.1. Ribbon mixer
Main shaft, multi-ribbon rotate and inside blades make material moves outwards, while outside blades make material moves inwards.
Continous movement mixed material uniformly. Besides, some material flows by radial movement along with the shaft direction to make material cycle of convection. Material will be mixed evenly in short time for the above principles.
4.2 Twin shafts non-gravity mixer
Null gravity paddle mixer was improved on basis of traditional double shaft mixer which especially for dry mortar production by our company. Inside materials driven by two opposite rotating rotor, make complex movement during mixing. Weightlessness at two rotor overlapping area, in this area, no matter what the shape, size and density of the material, it can make the material rise in instant weightlessness, which makes the materials continuous turning an omni-directional, staggered shear each other, so to achieve rapid downy, mixing effect. Inside particles materials under the action of the blade, both circular motion and axial movement, to achieve the convective mixing, shearing mixing, diffusion mixing.
4.3 Coulter paddle mixer
The structure of the coulter paddle mixer is mainly composed of transmission part, horizontal mixing drum, coulter group shaft, flying knife group, discharge valve, and a liquid spray device.
The transmission part of the coulter paddle mixer includes motor, reducer, and coupling, which mainly transforms the powder of the motor into the required speed and torque for complex paddle shaft.
The horizontal mixing drum is made of rolled steel plate and is used for holding materials. There are several holes on the mixing drum for feeding, discharging materials and for observation. The coulter shaft support seat is fixed on the cover plates at the two ends of the mixing drum.
The coulter shaft is composed of coulter, coulter arm and main shaft. The coulter arm is installed on the main shaft and used as a Hough structure for easy disassembly and assembly.
The fly-knife set is composed of multiple fly-knives which are directly driven by an auxiliary motor and are installed on the side of the mixing drum. In order to prevent dust from entering the bearing, the fly-knife shaft adopts a multi-channel sealing structure.
The discharge valve is installed at the bottom of the mixing drum (except continuous discharge) to close and discharge materials. Its work is realized by a handle and a four-bar linkage mechanism.
The liquid spray device of the mixer is fixed on the circumference of the mixing drum, and the nozzle adopts an agricultural spray head, which has a good spray effect.
The packing system is also need to be chose as per end dry mortar products feature, size, density, packing capacity, etc. There are mainly 4 types of packing machine, valve bag packing machine, open mouth packing machine, jumbo ton bag packing mahine and bulk tanker loading machine.
5.1 Valve packing machine
Valve packing machine is usally for valve bag package, 15-50kg adjustable, here valve packing machine can also be classified impeller type valve packing machine, airflow valve packing machine and screw type valve packing machine
5.2 Open mouth packing machine
Open mouth packing machine is for customer's local have no valve bag, it needs to stich after filling full.
