Tips for Construction method of tile adhesive
1, wall and floor tile paste layer treatment
Remove all kinds of substances that are not conducive to bonding, such as grease, dust, loose objects on the surface of the adhesive layer, the bottom layer and facing materials do not need to be wetted with water, the bonding surface of the facing materials should be kept clean;
2. Preparation of wall and floor tile adhesive
According to the ratio of binder: water 4:1 (weight ratio), mix and stir to form a slurry with suitable consistency. Let it stand for 10 minutes,the consistency of the mixture will increase druing this period. It can be used after it returns to its original consistency after second time mixing, usually does not need to add water when it is stirred for the second time;
3, wall and floor tiles pasting method
Use a trowel or toothed scraper to smear the tile adhesive glue on the base surface, knead or rub the tile on the glue and place it on the glue. You can also apply the mixed glue on the back of the tile according to the conventional method, then press hard on the wall, straighten it and scrape off the excess glue.
