Cement and lime powder are generally sent into the raw material silo by pneumatic conveying equipment. High-efficiency mixer is a key part in the production of dry mortar. After research, development and application,the mixing technology has been widely considered to be effective in uniform mixing of dry powder materials. The key design criterion is the effective mixing of materials in what state of motion. Therefore, the development of a series of high-efficiency mixers should be based on similar mechanics, and parameters should be determined by experience.


An efficient mixer should be able to achieve the following performance: 

  1. high mixing uniformity, the uniformity should be determined by relative variance and should be within the error range required by the quality standard, such as less than 1%;

  2. high mixing efficiency, should try best to reduce mixing time for coarser particles so as to avoid the quality error caused by too large particle gradiation.

  3. The unloading speed should be fast and finish within 10-40 seconds;

  4. No residual when unloading, generally there is no need to clean the mixer when changing products;

  5. Low energy consumption; use high-speed blades for fibers and pigments mixing;

  6. the overall wear resistance design;

  7. convenient maintenance to reduce operating costs.
