The input axis and output axis of the reducer must be coaxial with the axis of the coupling part, and the error shall not be greater than the allowable value of the coupling used.
Due to the use of hard tooth surfaces, the reduced center distance causes the input shaft journal decrease, which is usally thinner than the matched motor shaft. When the hydraulic coupling is used for dragging, the shaft may be broken due to the poor installation of the center, which causes excessive additional stress on the dangerous section of the thin input shaft. For this reason, it is recommended that users arrange the fluid coupling at the end of the motor shaft and install the elastic coupling at the end of the input shaft when designing and selecting.
After installation, lubricating oil must be injected into the oil sump of the tank, and the oil level should reach the specified height (oil mark centerline)
Before the reducer is used, it must be flexible and free from jamming when using hand turning, and then run without loading for no less than 2 hours. The operation should be balanced, no shock, vibration, noise or oil leakage. If any fault is found, it should be eliminated in time.
The first time added lubricating oil should be replaced after running 300~600 hours . Here after it should be replaced every 1500~5000 hours, the longest replacement time should not exceed 18 months. The magnetic oil plug should be cleaned at the same time when changing the oil.
During operation, if there is a sudden increase in oil temperature and abnormal noise, stop and check immediately. It can be put into operation again after the fault is correctly eliminated.
