2. If the equipment is parked for a long time and not in use, the power supply must be cut off, all the lubricating parts should be filled with oil, and the main shaft and cylinder should be oiled to prevent rust.

3. The fuel tank uses 46# hydraulic oil, which is replaced every six months and the fuel tank is cleaned. The filter screen is cleaned once a month, and cleaned once within two or three days after the oil change.

4. The gears, bearings, balls, shafts and sleeves and cylinders of the rotating parts of the high-speed dispersing machine are filled with oil once a week. If overheating or abnormal noise is found during use, it should be checked in time.

5. If the thermal relay stops due to overload, you need to press the "reset" button of the thermal relay to continue the operation.

6. The AC contactor is inspected every six months, and the equipment is inspected once a year.

7. The high-speed disperser regularly inspects the wearing parts of the disperser, such as bearings, oil seals, etc., and replace them immediately if they are worn.

The zigzag circular dispersing disc of the lifting high-speed disperser rotates at high speed in the container to complete the solid-liquid dispersion, wetting, depolymerization and stabilization process.

1. Make the slurry flow in a rolling ring shape, producing a strong vortex, and the particles on the surface of the slurry will spiral down to the bottom of the vortex;

2. A turbulent area is formed at 2.5-5mm from the edge of the dispersion disc, the slurry and particles are strongly sheared and impacted;

3.The upper and lower beams are formed outside the area, and the slurry is fully circulated and turned;

4. Laminar flow is under the dispersing disc of the dispersing machine, the slurry layers of different flow rates diffuse each other to play a dispersing effect. The high-speed dispersion machine has multiple functions such as hydraulic lifting, 360-degree rotation, and stepless speed regulation. It can be equipped with 2-4 containers at the same time. The hydraulic lifting stroke is 1000 mm and the 360-degree rotation function can meet the multi-purpose of one machine.
