Bag Filling Machine is one of the most cost-effective methods for packaging bulk materials into valve bags. Bag filling machine are used in many of applications in almost every industry to relieve labor intensity and improve working efficiency.
Our dry mortar packing machine can pack all kinds of dry mortar, it has open bag and valve bag type. The packing range is 5-50kg/bag, the capacity is 200-300 bags/hour. For open mouth bag, the machine has belt conveyor and sewing machine with itself. It's convenient to sealing the bags. For valve bag, there is semi-automatic type and automatic type, when it's semi-automatic type, just put the valve mouth onto the outlet of valve bag packing machine, then push a button, the machine can clamp the bag then feed the material into bag and weigh it automatically, when it's finish, the clamp will loose and the bag will fall onto the belt conveyor.

Working principle-Automatic filling Valve bag 15-50kg packing machine
Material is fed into surge bin through customer`s hopper. The homogenizing system in surge bin agitates the material to vent the gas contained in material out of the bin to prevent bridge forming during packing process. Material is then filled into bags through screw which is controlled by frequency convertor. When reaching the target value, feeding section stops and the filled bag is ready to be manually or automatically discharged. The machine is ready for a new filling circle.
1, The bagger is fed from an overhead hopper, silo or mixer containing the product to be bagged.
2, The packing cycle begins by managing a charge of material from the overhead vessel into 25 Kg Woven Bag Tile Adhesive Filling Machine holding chamber.
3, The filling cycle begins with the placement of bags onto the nozzle. A depression of foot switch or start button on the controls starts the filling cycle. Main feed auger, vibratory feeder, and valve auger feeder all come on together and run for flood fill of system.
4, Once flood fill setpoint has been achieved then slow speed filling kicks in. Main feed auger slows down after receiving signal from v. F. D, fills to pre-determined weight e. G 98% then main feed auger shuts off.
5, Vibratory feeder and valve auger continue to run together until final setpoint is achieved. Fast, accuracy filling is achieved.
6, Filling cycle is complete. In the case of Single Auger Filler replace bag and the cycle continues.
