Our Yemen customer is mainly produce a variety of dry mortar, wall plaster rendering mortar, interior and exterior wall putty powder, gypsum plaster, tile adhesive, crack-sealer, he ordered 2 ton/batch, 3 ton/batch and 5 ton/batch dry powder mixer blender machine which are specially designed for him to produce above special product.
2 ton and 3 ton/batch ribbon mixer machine matched double valve packing machine, 2 dischrage port end product silo and materials transporting by screw conveyor. However, due to 5 ton/batch is a much more higher output capacity, so we used bucket elevator for higher effeciency materials feeding, transporting, meanwhile, we matched a 10m3 end product silo for 5 ton/batch mixer.
Yemen customer now is planning to build a full automatic dry mortar mix plant in following few months after using our machine for more than 5 years.
