Introductions-Fibrillated stable pp polypropylene anticracking fibers

The polypropylene fiber is a synthetic fiber made by adding master batch into the raw material of 100% modified polypropylene before blending, spinning, stretching, and special processes of electrostatic prevention and antiultraviolet treatment, etc. As a fiber dedicated to concrete and mortar, it can effectively control the cracks of concrete and mortar caused by shrinkage, desiccation and temperature fluctuation, and is innoxious, acid-proof and alkali-proof, antimagnetic and anticorrosion, and has strong bonding force with cement, thus able to remarkably improve the crack resistance and impermeability and resistance to abrasion and enhance the concrete toughness, thereby prolonging the service life. 


Usage qty-Fibrillated stable pp polypropylene anticracking fibers

1)  anti-cracking putty

Use 2-3 mm fiber, add polypropylene fiber 0.5 -1.0 kg in 1 ton anti-cracking putty. Can use longer length or slightly increase dosage of fiber according to actual use.

(2) Base mortar( aggregate less than 1mm)

6 and 12 mm fiber, add 3 g fiber for 1kg cement . General dry mixing firstly and then adding water. When cement under 400 kg  in per cubic meter mortar , the minimum usage is 1.2 kg for each cubic fiber; When the cement content is more than 400 kg, increase 3 g fiber for each increased 1 kg cement .

 

3) Normal concrete for structure, precast and road brick:

Using 19 mm fiber, cement content at 350 kg in 1 cbm concrete, the minimum usage is 0.9 kg for each cbm concrete; when cement more than 350 kg in 1 cbm concrete, increase 2g fiber for each increased 1 kg cement.
