For the thermal insulation mortar mix plant, in order to reach the high mixing uniformity of the polymer powder, the dispersion of PP fiber and wood fiber, and to ensure the low crushing rate of light grauel perlite in the production process, ANT CONSTRUCTION adopts a two-step mixing method. In addition, an air conveying system is adopted for the feeding of light perlite to reduce the transportation and crushing rate of perlite granuels occurred by screw conveyors and bucket elevators. The combination of two sets of mixers can achieve continuous production, increase the production efficiency of the entire thermal insulation mortar production line and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
