Procedure and attention issues for production of wall putty powder 


1. Production process of wall putty powder mix manufacturing plant:

  • First put the material into the bucket elevator feeding hopper, the material is lifted to the double-shaft non-gravity mixer. The mixing time is about 2-3 minutes (adjust the mixing time appropriately according to the different materials).

  • The finished mixed material enters the storage bin and then will be metering and filling into bag. Note: Do not stop the mixer when it is running under loading materials. In case of power shut off, open the pneumatic discharge door, discharge the material in the mixer machine, and then start mixer again, otherwise the reducer and motor will be damaged.

  • When operating the wall putty powder mix plant, firstly starts the feeding device, the fast feeding device feeding the materials in quick speed till the materials near the setting weight, then the fast feeding device valve closed. The accurate feeding device continues to feed mateiral, gradually approaching the batching amount. Considering the amount of suspension material, the accurate feeding device gradually decelerates and stops in advance and the shut-off valve is immediately closed to intercept possible material collapse. The instrument of the putty powder production line keeps tracking of the feeding material. After the accurate feeding device stops, it will delay for a few seconds. After it stops, the instrument will display a stable value, which is the process batching amount of the first material. Immediately afterwards, the second material is quickly fed to the metering batching bin, and the above procedure is repeated until the entire batching process is completed.

  • The putty powder complete production line must be installed on a solid foundation. Pay attention to adjust the height of the loading platform, unloading platform and bucket elevator height, set up a protective shed.

  • Putty powder production line operators must undergo professional training, pass the assessment and be issued with an operation certificate, and then work with the certificate. Operation without a certificate is not allowed.

  • Before operation, check and make sure that the rotating parts, working devices, protective devices and other parts are complete and effective. The machine should be run firslty before loading mateirals, check whether the direction of rotation of the mixing blade is correct before adding materials and water for mixing.

  • Putty powder production line is not allowed to use water, wooden sticks, tools, etc. into the mixing drum for cleaning mortar or other feature materials.

  • If found there is a fault that cannot be turned during operation, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the material in the mixer should be discharged completely and repaired to eliminate the fault.

  • After the operation, the power should be cut off, the switch box should be locked, the material inside and outside should be cleaned, and the working site should be cleaned.
