The mixers currently on the market are mainly divided into high-speed and low-speed. Among them, the putty powder dry mortar mixer and  stone texture paint mixer produced by ANT CONSTRUCTION belongs to the low speed mixer.

1. The mixing speed is different.Putty powder mixer and stone texture paint mixer are low-speed mixing equipment. Under normal circumstances, the mixing speed will not exceed 60 rpm, while high-speed mixers such as latex paint mixers are high-speed mixers, and their mixing speed reaches 100 rpm

2. The high speed and low speed mottar mixer machine  working principle is different. Putty powder mixer generally adopts horizontal cylindrical design and multi-layer spiral ribbon mixing. While dry mortar automatic production line adopts double-shaft paddle mixer. According to the different materials to be mixed, a flying knife group is also added. The high-speed dispersing machine uses a sawtooth circular dispersing disc to disperse in the container at high speed to complete the solid-liquid dispersion, wetting, de-aggregation, and stabilization process. ① Make the slurry flow in a rolling ring shape, generating strong vortex, and the particles on the surface of the slurry spirally descend to the bottom of the vortex; ②A turbulent area is formed at the edge of the dispersion disk at 2.5-5mm,  the slurry and particles are strongly sheared and impacted; The upper and lower beams are formed outside,  the slurry is fully circulated and turned; ④Laminar flow is under the dispersion plate of the disperser, the slurry layers with different flow rates diffuse each other to play a role in dispersion. The high-speed dispersion machine has multiple functions such as hydraulic lifting, 360-degree rotation, and stepless speed regulation. It can be equipped with 2-4 containers at the same time. The hydraulic lifting stroke is 1000 mm, and the 360-degree rotation function can better meet the multi-purpose of one machine. It can change from one mixing drum to another in a short time in  operation, which greatly improves work efficiency, also reduce the intensity of manual labor.

3. Different scope of application. The high-speed disperser is suitable for high-speed stirring, dissolution and dispersion of liquid and liquid-powder phase materials in coatings, dyes, inks, pigments, cosmetics, resins, adhesives, emulsions, medicine, petroleum, and other fields. The speed can be adjusted freely. The high-speed disperser adopts stepless speed regulation: electromagnetic speed regulation, frequency conversion speed regulation (such as water-based paint) and explosion-proof frequency conversion speed regulation (such as oil paint) and other forms. The stepless speed regulation function can fully meet the different technological requirements in each technological process, and different speeds can be selected according to different technological stages. The powder is not suitable for materials that do not add additives and have high requirements for the integrity of the crystal package. The putty powder mixer is mainly for mixing dry powders, such as putty powder, dry powder mortar, dry powder coating, thermal insulation mortar, etc. You can also add water appropriately to stir paste objects, but can not stir viscous materials with excessive water content. In general, the two types of mixers have their own scope of application, each has its own market, and the two do not interfere with each other and coexist independently.
