Methods to reduce the failure rate of screw conveyor.
1. Reasonable selection of technical parameters of screw conveyor, such as slow screw conveyor speed should not be too large;
2. Strictly carry out the operation procedures to start and stop without load to ensure continuous and even feeding;
3. Increase the discharge port or lengthen the end of the chute to solve the problem of poor discharging or too late discharging. At the same time, a small section of counter rotating blade can be installed at the end of the discharge channel to prevent the end from blocking;
4. The materials entering the conveyor should be cleaned to prevent large impurities or fibrous impurities from entering the screw conveyor and causing blockage;
5. Reduce the transverse size of the middle suspension bearing as far as possible to reduce the possibility of blocking when the material passes through the middle bearing;
6. An anti blocking valve is set on the cover plate of the discharge end. In case of blockage, due to the accumulation of materials, the anti blocking door is opened and the power is cut off through the travel switch.
The work of dry mortar production line can not do without the cooperation of screw conveyor.
