How to operate and maintain insulation mortar mixer machine

The correct operation of thermal insulation mortar dry mix machine/production line and timely maintenance can not only extend the service life of the machine, but also improve the working efficiency of the machine. We should pay attention to these matters when operating thermal insulation dry mortar equipment and maintenance:

1. It is strictly forbidden for underage children to touch this machine without authorization to avoid accidents,

2. It is forbidden to run in the reverse direction of each part of the machine.

3. Overhaul of the feeding hopper: always check whether the guard fence of the feed inlet is loose and whether there is any foreign matter entering.

4. Check bucket elevator feeding port:

• Check the bearings on the machine head and base  and add lubrication oil monthly.

• Check the transportation belt each month to adjust the tightness and firm the connecting screws of the small bucket.

• Check the coupling each month, replace the cushion when it is damaged, and tighten the screws in time.

     5.Maintenance of horizontal spiral ribbon type insulation mortar mixer machine:

• Add one liter to two liters of lubricating oil for the reducer for the first time use. Check it  each month and fill it to 1/2 of the oil level window in time.

• Filling with lubricating oil, high grade lubricating oil can be used in winter.

• Check the positions of the bearings at both ends each month, and squeeze them with a grease gun to the nozzle
