This kind of machine also has its shortcomings, one is poor lubrication and high failure rate, the other one is PTFE also a harmful substance, which cannot be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries, and the non-lubricated compressor can only deliver air without oil, but can't delivery air without water. (2) Therefore, the usual approach is to add a primary or secondary purification device or dryer to the air compressor (no matter which type). This device can make the compressor air contain neither oil nor water, so that the oil-water in the compressed air is below 5ppm to meet the process requirements.
