Reasons-sand dryer output too low in dry mortar producing plant
Construction sand is a material widely used in construction materials. With the increase in constructions project, the demand for sand is also increasing. Sand dryer machine as the main production equipment has many applications, but many manufacturers have the problem of of sand dryer machine output capacity too low. It mainly caused by follow reasons:
1. Too high moixture of the raw sand
In the drying process of sand, if the moisture content of the sand is too high, the material will stay in the drying cylinder for a long time which will reduce efficiency of the dryer and lead to lower output of the sand dryer.
2. Uneven sand feeding speed
If the operator cannot maintain a positive and uniform feeding rate during the process of feeding for the sand dryer, under the same conditions of air volume, heat and temperature, it is easy to cause uneven drying and resulting in low output of the sand dryer.
3. Low inlet air temperature
If the moisture in the air cannot be evaporated during the drying process and the sand flows too fast, the sand will can not be drying completely, and if the flow speed is too slow, it will affect the output.
4. Inappropriate air volume of the induct draft fan
In the heat exchange process between sand and high temperature air flow, the main function of the induct draft fan is bring the heat of the hot blast stove into the dryer. If the air of the induced draft fan is too strong, it will cause a great heat loss. If the air of the induced draft fan is too weak, the hot air cannot come into contact with the sand and resulting in too low output of the sand dryer.
