Why choose belt type bucket elevator for wall putty powder production
Yesterday, Our Ghana customer George Ments visited our factory, he gone through and inspected the specific configuration of the putty powder production line, he looked quite a while on the belt bype bucket elevator and the steel chain type bucket elevator, he decided to choose the steel chain type bucket elevator even we explained that the steel chain bucket elevator is not necessary for the putty powder production line, but he insists to choose steel chain bucket elevator even at a higher price. Let's introduce why it doesn't necessary to use a steel chain bucket elevator in the wall putty production line. There are three critical conveying points in the plant.

There are two types of bucket elevators produced by Henan Ant Constructions: belt type bucket elevator and steel chain type bucket elevator, and the belt type bucket elevator is more suitable in the putty powder production line than steel chain type bucket elevator.

The belt type bucket elevator made by Henan Ant Constructions is also used in the equipment for producing dry mortar.
What kind production line use Henan Ant Constructions Steel Chain Type Bucket Elevator?
The steel chain bucket elevator uses chain transmission. The bucket is made of carbon steel. Due to its sturdiness and durability, it is mainly used for lifting large and abrasive materials (such as limestone, cement clinker, gypsum, Lump coal, drying sand, etc.), and has the ability to withstand high temperatures below 250°C. We mainly use steel chain bucket elevators in large-scale dry mortar mix plant especially large-scale dry mortar plant with sand dryers.
Generally speaking, the belt bucket elevator is more suitable for the putty powder production line. It is also recommended to use in the dry mortar production line except for the large-scale (with an hourly output of more than 40 tons).
