Pulse dust collector also called dust filter, or dust catcher, it widely used in thermal insulation mortar, dry mortar, ready-mixed mortar, jointing mortar agent, additive, interface agent mortar, putty powder, cement mortar, chemical powder, rubber, metallurgy, chemical industry, fodder, medicine, building materials, mining and other plant.
Pulse dust collector, dust filter consist of the pulse generator, induced draft fan, dust collection bags, closed fan, etc. The dust been absorbed by induced draft fan into dust collection bag, dust collection bags is regularly jitter according to the pulse signal, the falling dust will be collected closed fan, and emissions on a regular basis. The pulse dust filter has high purification efficiency, strong pneumatic strength, with advantages of stable performance, less maintenance work, etc. Pulse dust collector or bag filter can be equip with different dust collection bags according to the working temperature, the highest application temperature: 250 degrees.
Bag Dust Collector is a dry dust filter facility filtering dust-contained gas with adoption of fiber-fabric filtering effect.
After such dust-contained air enters bag dust collector, dusts with large particles and large proportions will drop down and fall into ash bucket due to with gravity effect.
After air with fine dusts will pass through filter material, such dust will be retained for making them purified.
