1. Control system

The control system is the heart of the bulk packing machine, responsible for controlling the entire unloading process of the bulk packing machine. It is composed of control rejection, proximity switch, level meter, bracket, wire and other components. When the bulk loading head drops to the lower limit position, the feed valve is opened through the control system, and the bulk machine starts to load; when the material level reaches the full load position, the indicator associated with the level gauge will give an alarm, and the feed valve can be closed through the control system. Unloading is complete. After the unloading is completed, turn on the hoist motor to lift the bulk head; at the same time, the limit controller controls the rising position of the bulk head. When the bulk head approaches the predetermined position, the hoist motor is turned off to complete the material loading and unloading.

2. Retractable bulk head

The structure of the Telescopic head ensures that there is no deformation during the unloading process, no ash blocking phenomenon or wear resistance. 3. Hoisting device

The hoisting device is composed of a motor, a reducer, a limit controller, a proximity switch, a wire rope, etc., which is used to flexibly and efficiently control the expansion stroke of the bulk head.

4. Pulse dust collector (optional)

The bulk machine can be equipped with a DMC type electronic pulse dust collector, which is composed of a dust extraction fan, an injection system, a box and a filter bag. The box body is equipped with a dust suction port to purify the dust-containing gas sucked from the bulk machine through the filter bag. The purified gas is evacuated through the air outlet of the dust extraction fan, and the dust trapped on the outer wall of the filter bag is passed through the injection system It is cleared after the loop processing. So as to realize dust-free operation on site.
