General introductions- TH/TD series bucket eleavtor for vertically lifting transport bulk cement sand material
The TH/TD series bucket elevator is independently developed by our company and is a fixed installation mainly used for the vertical continuous conveying of powdery materials or granular materials.The equipment is of straightforward structure, compact design, good sealing performance, easy installation and maintenance, allowing positive and reverse material feeding, as well as flexible process configuration and layout.
TH/TD series bucket elevators are available in direct coupling drive, sprocket driven or gear reducer drive, delivering straightforward structure and easy arrangement. The installation height is optional, but the maximum height elevator not beyond 40m.

1. Simple structure, smooth running, charging by digging, discharging by gravity or hybrid power, the temperature of materials is up to 250°C;
2. TH/TD type bucket elevator is designed and manufactured according to JB3926-85 standard, it should prefer to be chosen rather than D type traditional bucket elevator because of high transmission efficiency and high temperature resistance.
3. And the ring-chain can be replaced easily by fixed sprocket device. The sprocket device has long working life through special process of heat treatment. By adopting automatic gravity tensioning device, that makes the chain keep constant tension, so that the chain will not slip or take off .In addition, the automatic gravity tensioning device can protect the moving parts from crashing and locking when the hopper has been blocked.
